While taste is mostly a personal preference, all great pizzas have one thing in common:

Zeppo’s Pizza
Zeppo’s pizzas have New York-style crust, meaning its hand-tossed thin crust is a bit thick and crispy only along its edge, making it pliable enough to be folded in half. The baked dough is then complemented with their handmade sauce that contains the right balance of acidity and sweetness.
The pizza joint, which was founded in 2019, allows its diners to “build their own pizza” by selecting from their wide array of toppings that include Alfredo, salami, olive oil, black olives, bacon, pepperoni, red sauce, BBQ, cheddar cheese, sausage, pineapple, bell pepper, pepperoncini, meatball, anchovies, artichoke hearts, etc.
They also have three veggie pizzas and cauliflower crust pizza if you’re looking for a gluten-free dough.

The Fuchsian Pizza Sector
While their traditional pizzas like the Pepperoni Duo and Cheese Pie (and other Italian and American flavors) are their best-sellers, they are also known for their “ethnic renditions“ such as Afghan, Egyptian, Pakistani, Korean, Mexican Haitian, Burmese, Thai, Israeli-Greek, Indian, Chinese-Indian, and Hawaiian pizzas.
Patrons can also choose between the “standard,” keto-free, and cauliflower crust and make their pizza 100 percent vegetarian.
Their chicken wings and appetizers also exemplified the fusion cuisine.

Woodstone Pizzeria
The owners have always wanted to bring back the old tradition of the pizzeria, which is why the restaurant has an old-school atmosphere. In addition, they mainly serve classic American flavors complemented by side dishes like potato wedges, mozzarella cheese, and flatbread.
Woodstone Pizzeria also offers salads, sandwiches, and different flavors of chicken wings. However, the best way to cap off your meal is to order their classic ice cream float.

Queen Pizza
This unassuming pizza joint is a family-owned business that started in Bakersfield. While they mainly offer traditional pizza flavors like “Meat Lovers,” “Hawaiian,” and “Supreme,” one of their best-sellers is anything but.
Their “Cajun Chicken” pizza perfectly captures the Louisiana flavor with its cayenne and black pepper, smokey paprika, and other herbs that give this pizza a unique and mouth-watering taste.
The pizza joint also offers a wide selection of Cajun fried dishes like shrimp, chicken, and fish.
If you’re looking for family deals, Queen Pizza has a wide variety of options, ranging from two to 10 pizzas, with a generous serving of side dishes like hot wings, chicken tenders, Cajun-infused fried fish and shrimp, and potato wedges.

Slice of Italy
Despite its name, the pizza joint also offers American-style flavors. However, you may want to try their gourmet Italian pizzas, which taste a bit different from the flavors Americans are used to.
While American-style pizza has a slow-cooked tomato sauce, the Italian version is a bit “herby” because it often includes oregano, pureed fresh tomatoes, garlic, and olive oil.
They also offer a wide selection of appetizers, sandwiches, meatballs, chicken dishes, and pasta dishes.
